Intro to modern dance is a class that looks at modern dance through the methods of technique, composition and history.A great class for those looking for an introduction or returning to modern dance. Each class includes warm-up, floor work and across the floor sequences. In this way we will explore weight, suspension, release, strength, flexibility and creativity. Exercises and combination's encourage comfort and understanding of personal movement vocabulary. No prior experience neces
